Villa Santa Lucia
The PERGOLA can sleep 4 people and is located directly below the main house. It is the only one not facing the sea. It has a large master bedroom and a living room with bunk twin beds. There is a full bathroom and kitchen. In the summer one can dine outside under a pergola of wine grapes.

The FISHERMAN’S HIDEAWAY can sleep 4 people. Located in what used to be the Villa’s fishing net storage area, near the north beach, this apartment has a master bedroom and right below it another large room with two twin beds. Directly across from the bedrooms, but free standing, are the kitchenette and a full size bathroom. The beach is but 10 steps away.

The BEACH HOUSE (Casina) can sleep 4 people. It has four rooms. A large master bedroom, a large day room with a queen size sofa bed. There is a full bathroom and kitchen.
Dining is best on the stone terrace overlooking the sandy beach.
