The beautiful gardens and beaches of Santa Lucia are shared by the Villa MAIN HOUSE, the CASINA (Beach House), the PERGOLA (the original Caretaker’s apartment) and the FISHERMAN’S HIDEAWAY. All are fully equipped and furnished, including linens and can be enjoyed year round from one week to two months.
Price is intended per week and is all inclusive (heat, electric etc.)There is a washing machine in each apartment, clothes can be hung out to dry. Call for specially discounted monthly rates.
Weeks are intended from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. (please call if you will be late) and departure by 10:00 a.m. to allow local agent to clean and ready the Villa for the next guests. If you need to make other arrangements, please let us know. A deposit is required at reservation time.
